CONDITIONS

• IADH members – An individual iADH Membership Number is required.

*Become an iADH individual member online at www.iadh.org. If you are a member of a paid-up national association belonging to iADH, your individual Membership Number is available on request by email to: membership@iadh.org This process may take up to two weeks. Be prepared!

• IADH members – developing countries - registration fee refers to members living and working in Low income and Lower-middle-income economies as listed and defined according to the World Bank classification (check here if your country is eligible).

Members of the French Rare Disorders Network must identify themselves on registration.

All indicated registration fees include VAT (local rate).

Payment of the applicable registration fee must be made within 14 days of registration to secure participation.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

An email confirming registration will be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged at the on-site rate.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

• By Credit Card
• By Bank Transfer

• Please note that bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the indicated registration fees
• Please make sure the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft
• A copy of the bank transfer will be required on site if registration fees have not been credited to the Congress account on time.

 CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellation or modification of registration must be mailed to the following email address: registration@iadh2022.org.

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Full refund minus handling fees  of 50 EUR if the cancellation or modification is made on or before the 15^th of June, 2022 (inclusive).
• No refund will be made as of the 16^th of June 2022.
• If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of real costs incurred by the Congress.

Note: in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer fees will not be refunded – applicable to bank Transfer payments only.
