CANCELLATION POLICIES

Following the European and French fiscal regulations, please note that all prices are including VAT.
The whole sum must be paid as such.

If you meet the conditions to be tax exempted, please send us an email to : congres@hopscotchcongres.com
We will inform you of the procedure to follow so that the VAT may be reimbursed.

If you need to cancel, please send an email to : congres@hopscotchcongres.com
For cancellations received before September 1st 2019, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50€. We regret that refund cannot be made for cancellations received after.
