CYBER & HEALTH |
In a context of healthcare system digitalization, cybersecurity has become a major strategic challenge for all stakeholders in the sector.
Healthcare institutions, private healthcare professionals, industry players, digital solution providers, and public institutions are now facing a significant increase in cyber threats, as highlighted in the latest report by ANSSI on the state of cyber threats in the healthcare sector.
To address the intensifying threat, healthcare organizations are mobilizing to strengthen their resilience capabilities.
The goal is to minimize the potential impacts of a cyber crisis on patient care and the continuity of healthcare services.
What actions are healthcare institutions taking to enhance their resilience to cyber risks?
What national and regional strategies are being implemented to support them?
Following a morning session dedicated to these issues—organized by ARS Bretagne, the Regional eHealth Group of Brittany, and Biotech Santé Bretagne—the afternoon sessions will aim to promote a practical approach to cybersecurity in healthcare, building on collaborative efforts among stakeholders.
The program includes a joint feedback session between industry and healthcare providers, a presentation of the work carried out by a cyber and health working group, and a dedicated segment on cybersecurity challenges associated with the growing use of artificial intelligence in healthcare. These sessions are co-organized by Biotech Santé Bretagne and Numih France.
