The training day is built close to training exhibitors to provide a more dynamic approach to information and guidance. It brings together high school and university students for round tables discussions on careers and training path (schools, universities) as well as training courses in the military field. The day is also open to a slightly broader public on career transition (professionals in transition in the public and private sectors, as well as military personnel who have completed their years of service and wish to reflect on a second part of their career). The day also includes the High School Challenge, the final of which will be followed by the award ceremony.

The aim of the training day is to give high school and University students, as well as professionals in carrer transition (in the private or public sector) a better understanding of the diversity of careers in cybersecurity, a view of the the different training courses available to them and to make full use of information and guidance tools. This training day is designed to be interactive, with specialists providing practical answers to current questions from young people or adults in career transition. The cybersecurity and AI professions deserve to be better known, as they offer real opportunities.
