Modification and cancellation policies

All cancellations are to be sent to HOPSCOTCH CONGRES in writing (email : registration@wfhss-congress.com).

For cancellations received before Monday, October 27th, reimbursement of the registration fee and social events, minus 80 EUR handling charges, will be made.

After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the Congress.

 

Payment methods

We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer (30€ additionnal fees). We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.

Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation.

 

修改與取消政策

所有取消申請均須以書面形式提交至HOPSCOTCH CONGRES（電子郵件：registration@wfhss-congress.com）。

於10月27日（星期一）前收到之取消申請，將退還註冊費及社交活動費用，並扣除80歐元手續費。

此日期後，或註冊者因任何原因未能出席會議者，恕不退還註冊費及社交活動費用。

若因主辦單位無法控制之因素導致會議取消，將於扣除會議相關支出後退還註冊費。

付款方式

我們接受信用卡及銀行轉帳付款（需額外支付30歐元手續費）。恕不接受支票及簽帳卡付款。任何附加費用（如銀行手續費）均需自行承擔。

為確保參與資格，適用之註冊費須於報名後14天內完成繳付。
