All cancellations of congress registration must be sent to HOPSCOTCH Congres by email. For refunds, please state your full bank account details in the written cancellation. For cancellations received before the 18/03/2019, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 60 euros. We regret that refunds can not be made for cancellations received after this date.
