REGISTRATION
Registration fee includes VAT (compulsary for congress organized in France)
The trainee / resident registration is available for person in training under 35 years of age. A letter of confirmation of your status from the Head of Unit or Institute must accompany your registration. Please upload it selecting the student's rate
If a proof of status is needed, it will be required during the registration. Please check the uploaded document : all registration with bad information will be charged at the full rate at the welcome desk.
The registration fees include:
- Admission to the scientific sessions from 7 to 12 July, 2019
- Congress documents, including badge and congress bag
- Access to the exhibition and posters
- Coffee breaks, as indicated in the program
Conditions:
Should your registration remain unpaid by the 31st of May 2019, early registrations will be upgraded to the applicable regular fee.
Kindly note that an Accompanying person programme will also be available shortly.
Special rate
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat (congres@hopscotchcongres.com).
Before 5th of May 2019 - an administrative fee of EUR 80 will be deducted from all refunds.
After the 5th of May 2019 - no fees will be refunded.
