IUPAC GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The IUPAC General Assembly (GA) is the occasion for meetings of the statutory bodies of the Union, specifically of the Council, Bureau, Division Committees, and Standing Committees. The 50th IUPAC General Assembly will take place 5-12 July 2019, in Paris, France, running concurrently with the 47th IUPAC World Chemistry Congress.

Tuesday, July 9: Bureau committees (am) & Bureau (pm)
Wednesday, July 10 (am): World Chemistry Leadership Meeting (WCLM) part of the Congress
Wednesday, July 10 (pm): Council meeting & evening reception
Thursday, July 11 (am & pm): Council meeting (with elections in the morning)
Thursday, July 11 (eve): Congress Gala Dinner (@ 20:00)
Friday, July 12 (am) – Bureau (am) & brief Congress Closing (@ 12:30)
The Council meeting will be held at the Hyatt, adjacent to Palais des Congrès. There will be signage to direct Delegates and Members.
