Registration to the conference includes:

• Exclusive access to all the conferences, round tables keynotes, plenary, oral, and poster sessions
• Access to the technical exhibition
• Access to the Welcome Cocktail on Sunday June 18th and to the morning and afternoon coffee breaks located in the exhibition area.
• Access to Jicable App'
• A delegate bag package including the exhibition catalogue, and other goodies
• The exclusive access to the proceedings and author's presentations in .pdf format (subject to authorization granted by the authors) from the Jicable Web Site
• A list of participants
• PLEASE NOTE THAT LUNCHES ARE NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee. A large choice of restaurants of all kind and lunch posts are available within the Center of Congress.

• Tutorials
• Technical visits on Thursday 22th June

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation a refund of 85 % of the conference registration fee will be made, providing a written notification is submitted to Jicable'23 organization before May 20th. After this date, no refund will be provided

The transfer of the registration fee to another delegate will be accepted provided an additional fee of 150 EUR to cover administrative cost.
